At SASSYCLASSY, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in the portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
